So Small

I sometimes think
What am I, I’m so small
One in billions; insignificant
To think; that many people
Each one unique; special to someone
I go about my life; wrapped in a bubble
Unable to comprehend the world
All the animals; what about them
How do they see us
Do they hate us
Taking away they’re shelter
Polluting their homes
Killing millions of them
What do they do; do they have families
Jobs to go to, school?
How do we know
Is there ever going to be a day when we can listen
Communicate with all of God’s creatures?
I guess that’s life; we’ll live it
Never to fully understand it
Just be the best we can be
Just live
