Unemployed

I’m unemployed, I have no job
In recent weeks haven’t made a bob
I sit here all day, no work, no pay
I’ve looked everywhere, it feels
I have trouble paying for my meals
Why can’t I find work these days
Something good, with decent pay
The economy is so bad these days
I’ll do anything that pays
Out in stores while it’s bright
Surfing the internet at night
Hopefully I’ll find something soon
Or else I’ll be sleeping under the moon
